This Past Friday night Penton Raceway had some great racing action, in all the classes.  The most notable of the evening was “Young Gun”  Thrillen Dylan Knowles picking up his first ever win, in the Bandit Division, congratulation Dylan. Dana Eiland got his second win in as many weeks, in the NeSmith Late Model division, Wade Walker took the Limited Sportsman honors, and Andrew Barber grabbed the Hobby Stock Victory. This week in honor of our Independance, Penton Raceways take the night off, but if you crave a night of good dirt track racing EAMS, our partner track will be racing Friday night July 3.

July 10: Powder Puff Race (Ladies race the Bandit Cars)
July 17: Spectator Races (Bring your street car!)
July 24: Salute to Military and Police (Free admission with ID)
August 7: Spectator Race (Bring your street car!)
August 14: Last race of 2009 season!

Admission: Grandstands- 5 & under free, 6-12 $5, Adults $10  Pits-- 12 & under $12, Adults $25.  Admission may change or vary on nights of big races
